Max: Draft text for security composability for WS-AT.
Bob Freund: submit issue against banning Anonymous replyTo in CreateCoordinationContext.
Peter: consider submitting issue on pointing to fault handling rules in WS-AT.
Peter: restate proposed text addressing Issue 35.
Editors of specs and interop docs: get drafts ready a week before the F2F.

6. Potential new issues to accept - Ram
Brief statement of each proposed new issue. There is no need to consider the merit of any proposed resolution at this stage. In general the TC will accept issues that are not reopening resolved issues and that are in-scope. Accepted issues move from "review" state to "active" state.

7. Review of working draft specs - Editors
Editors to summarize changes in latest working drafts
   WS-C - Max
   WS-AT - Mark or Andy
   WS-BA - Tom
Each issue that is completed in the working draft will be moved from "Pending" to "Resolved" state.

8. Review of Interop Scenario specs Editors
Editors to summarize changes in latest working drafts
WS-AT scenarios - Kevin or Ram
WS-BA scenarios - Kevin or Ram

9. Issue resolution - issues that impact interoperability

i045 - WS-AT: Meaning of "wsp:Optional
i059 - WS-C: Protocol event indications are not ws-addressing faults
i039 - WS-AT: Coordinator should not distinguish protocol of orphaned participants
i043 - WS-AT: Invalid state inappropriate response to orphaned volatile participants
i052 - WS-AT: Replay message generates protocol errors
i053 - WS-AT: Eliminate Replay message
i055 - WS-AT: User Commit and User Rollback should not return Aborted in None state
i056 - WS-AT: User Commit and User Rollback row of CV state table contradicts resolution of 010

10. More potential new issues to accept
Brief statement of each proposed new issue. There is no need to consider the merit of any proposed resolution at this stage. In general the TC will accept issues that are not reopening resolved issues and that are in-scope. Accepted issues move from "review" state to "active" state.

Issue 060 - WS-AT: Reference to fault-handling rules
Issue 061 - WS-AT: Spontaneous preparation/resignation/abortion of participant
Issue 062 - WS-AT: Remove Prepared column from CV state table
Issue 063 - WS-AT: Volatile 2PC logging behaviours unclear".

11. Working session on Interop Scenenarios
Update the Interop Scenario documents - if required - to acomodate any changes resulting from the issues above.
Vote to approve "committee drafts" of the Interop Scenario documents

12. Interoperability planning
Now that we have all interoperablity issues resolved and approved scenario docs, build a concrete timeline for on-line availablibity of endpoints for interop testing.

13. Vote to approve CD-02 specs
Perhaps a little optimistic. If the editors have been able to factor in all changes related to the above issues during their lunch break, re-review the updated working drafts and vote to approve as committee drafts.
If this is not possible, agree a time-line for an e-ballot to approve.
Either way, the CD-02 drafts need not consider any of the non-interop issues (listed below).

14. Issue resolution - issues that do not affect AT interoperability
These issues will be targetted for drafts after CD-02.
      i031 - WS-BA: Requirement for coordinator driven
      i032 - WS-BA: Requirement for MixedOutcome

      i035 - ws-tx: term "coordinator" overloaded
      i058 - WS-C: Definition of Referencing Specification
i034 - WS-AT: Define meaning/use of CurrentContext
i036 - WS-AT: Coordinator state machine incomplete
i037 - WS-AT: Register/Preparing in coordinator state table problematic
i038 - WS-AT: Incomplete actions on expiry
i041 - WS-AT: Invalid events should not cause defined transitions
i046 - WS-AT: Is logging mandatory?
i047 - WS-AT: Is Completion protocol mandatory?
i048 - WS-AT: Internal events and actions undefined
i049 - WS-AT: Definition of expiry inadequate/at odds with state table
i050 - WS-AT: Only root coordinators can accept Completion protocol registrations
i054 - WS-AT: Comms Times Out internal event should be removed from state tables
i057 - WS-AT: conceptual nature of protocol diagrams needs to be underlined
