489 • MUST include a wsa:RelatesTo header, specifying the MessageID from the Notification
490 message that generated the fault condition.

References to WS-Addressing Headers in Section 9 all use Abstract Property Definitions from [WSADDR-ADDRPROPS] except on line
489 that uses the xml infoset representation, wsa:RelatesTo, [WSADDR-infoset] instead of the abstract property
definition, [relationship] property.

To make consistent with all other WSADDR references, above text should be changed to
