I think we can progress to issue discussion as quickly as possible -
most of the top items on the agenda are formalities.  If a discussion
starts we can ask to postpone till after the issues since you won't have
much time on the call.

041 is the first issue on the agenda in any case.

That sounds like a good plan.

I would suggest we try to kill off 041 on states and IIS first. That's a

biggish one, and has received most discussion on the (broken) list.

I'll check with Peter -- I imagine he will be in broad agreement with, 
or at least able to convey reasonably, my issues.
