Brief statement of each proposed new issue. In general the TC will accept issues that are not reopening resolved issues and that are in-scope. Accepted issues move from "review" state to "active" state.

7. Review WS-BA working draft - Tom
     We will consider a vote to adopt a CD-03 for WS-BA once we have resolved all BA issues.
     The latest working draft [3] contains resolutions to all issues up to issue i089.

8. Review WS-BA interop scenario doc - Ram
     Finalize BA scenario doc.

9. Review start/end dates for WS-BA interop testing
