Agenda:
1. Roll Call - chair 

2. Confirm minute taker - chair 

3. Approve minutes of July 23rd TC meeting [1]

4. Call for AOB - chair 

5. Actions. Ian to follow up with TC Admin for an outlook fixing hyperlink errors in some formats of OS materials.

6. Discuss any new maintenance issues raised against the 1.2 specs
  > No known against the specs.
  > 2 of the 3 namespace docs need metadata for "Stage" of the v1.2 materials updated from "Committee Specification 01 " to "OASIS Standard".

7. If there is no outstanding work remaining from #6, the TC shall consider - as minuted in [1] - a motion to close the WS-TX TC.  According to the Technical Committee process document  [2] , the TC may be closed by a Full Majority vote of the TC. 

If work remains pending from #6 the TC  will schedule a follow-on meeting, 7 days later, at the usual time.
