Adninistrative corrections of roster

A number of members were inadvertently removed from this committee roster
earlier today, this removal should not reflect on the members in question.  

The Voting Member list has been administratively restored to its status as
of 11 pm US- EDT on 13 September.  

Please confirm that your status is properly reflected and request any
changes from your committee chair.
