I have 16 years of IT experience mainly in Application Development Roles. Last 5 years I have been involved with WebSphere on iSeries technologies focusing on Web Application Development using Rational Studio and iSeries Application Modernization technolgoies. Last one year I have been part of iSeries Application Innovation Program and technology adaption in iSeries ISVs. 
Product experience:
WebSphere Application Server, Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Business Integration Server, WebSphere Partner Gateway, WebFacing, HATS etc.
