Rajesh,

Thanks for posting this document.   It appears I have some outstanding
action items:

*                 Discussion of how the BCF committee fits with the WS-BPEL TC

The Business Collaboration Framework (BCF) enables
legally binding business commitments and fulfillment exchanges between
two or more parties.  BCF provides guidance to business domain experts
for defining the boundaries of their business problems and identifying
business processes, objectives and constraints.  BPEL should be
compatible with BCF models, enabling business process tools to implement
the processes as defined by the business domain experts.

*                 The potential mode of interoperation.

Given BPWG's expertise in the area of business process
modeling, a liaison with BPWG would help ensure that BPEL's support for
abstract business processes aligns with BPWG's current and future plans
for business process standardization.   There are potential benefits for
both the BPEL TC and the BPWG:
o                 The BPEL TC benefits by ensuring compliance with current and
future global business process standards
o                 The BPWG benefits by ensuring that web services will be capable
of supporting the complex processes, constraints and objectives
described in a typical BCF model.

Weekly or bi-weekly meetings should be conducted between
the organizations to track progress and ensure compatibility.

*                 IPR related issues
None - they appear to have a very well defined IPR
policy:
