I've taken my work on Chapter 7 and merged it with this 1.2 revision of the primer from CVS. It is attached to this message.

I've re-reviewed the doc to ensure that my Chapter 7 content is consistent with the formats used in the document. Dieter, Simon, if you could review this and incorporate into CVS, I would be most grateful.
