Hi 
We'll have our issues coordination call
tomorrow 4pm eastern/1pm pacific/9pm UK.  Call in is 877-988-8393,
int'l 203 566-8013, pc 770954.
Agenda:
- issues for next week's call.
- proposal to hold TC meetings every week
- proposal for creating sub issues that I
sent to this group last week   
- at the f2f, I promised to send an email
to the Tc describing the best practices we discussed for proposed resolutions.
 Here are the points I'd written down on a slide.   
Best practices for proposals to close
issues as discussed at f2f:  
–        Describe
effect on spec, not exact wording
•        Include
at least specific sections with concept of change
•        Example
changes must be included
–        Get
opinion from spec editing team as part of voting (or prior to)
–        New
issues should contain the proposed solution, not necessarily text
•        Restrict
to new non-bug issues
–        Two
stage voting – concept then text
–        Don’t
mark issues closed till in spec
–        Change
voting to yes, no, more work required/send to spec editing team
