The issues with proposed resolutions are listed below. Optimistically assuming they actually get resolved as proposed, I have also suggested a couple of assignments 7 (Paco), 23, 27, 36, 46, 47 (Kevin). Everyone is of course welcome to comment and/or volunteer to take on any or all of these issues.
