I had actually left 32 open but if you want to take it that's fine with
me ;-)  The names were meant to apply just to the number before them.

Prasad, do you want to let Paco take 46 (if approved)?

take 46 if it gets approved  - since I proposed the resolution and it is

The closed issues we have are listed below some with my suggestions for
editorial owners
32, 39 (Paco), 41 (Satish), 44, 45 (Satish)
Issue 20 was closed with no action required.

The issues with proposed resolutions are listed below.  Optimistically
assuming they actually get resolved as proposed, I have also suggested a
couple of assignments
7 (Paco), 23, 27, 36, 46, 47 (Kevin).

Everyone is of course welcome to comment and/or volunteer to take on any
or all of these issues.

Dear Editors,

It is time for us to get started with updating the spec.  We have a
number of closed issues and a number of further resolutions likely to
start streaming in.  I propose a phone meeting to assign closed issues
to individual editors.  Since we don't have access to CVS yet we will
also need to define an interim editing process that will let us move
forward without creating chaos in the working drafts.

If this time does not work please propose a few alternative slots.
