I have managed to create a project named "specifications" in CVS.

Now you don't have to wait. Just check out the spec and work on it. That's what good about CVS. It follows a copy - modify- merge model, and allows multiple people to work on the same document at the same time. When we commit the change back, CVS should take care of the merge. It will make the situation simpler if we can try to avoid change a same section.

Paco has said that he cannot work this week and has relinquished the pen. Separately from working out CVS wrinkles, who wants the pen this week?

We have Prasad and Kevin besides myself with actual assignments. I can't edit this week either.
