You get brownie points for sending regrets even if belatedly -- and we even assigned you some work to reward you (Paco will elaborate) :-)
 
The key point of agreement today was that we are now in a push to produce the first official draft reflecting the TC's work.  To that end I intend to make a thorough pass over all the changes this weekend.  I have the pen.  
 
Paco and Prasad are charged with uploading the current CVS draft to the OASIS site.  Diane will announce to the TC that this draft will be polished to produce the first official draft in time for the F2F -- a candidate will be published by December 3.  As soon as the current CVS draft is uploaded to the OASIS site, Diane will invite the entire TC to comment on the completeness and correctness of the changes with this in view.

It is especially incumbent on the editorial committee to take the time to make comments on the current changes to ensure consistency, clarity and completeness.  I am sure we will rise to the challenge.  I look forward to your input.
