Subject: RE: [wsbpel-spec-edit] Some questions for Issue 13 editing
We do want uniform treatment of queries and expressions. Looks to me like an oversight - Paco what do you think? If you agree we should fix this - this was even mentioned in the original issue description was it not? -----Original Message----- From: Alex Yiu [mailto:alex.yiu@oracle.com] Sent: Thursday, April 29, 2004 4:35 PM To: Satish Thatte Cc: bpel spec; Francisco Curbera/Watson/IBM; Furniss, Peter; Alex Yiu Subject: [wsbpel-spec-edit] Some questions for Issue 13 editing Hi all, It seems to me that changes were applied for Issue 13 by adding: <transitionCondition>, <joinCondition>, <query> element. However, there was no <expression> element for "from-spec". Looking back into the proposed resolution, expression was mentioned in the text. However, the enumeration of syntax changes did not list it out explicitly. Is it intentional? Or, just an oversight? Changes that we may need to apply to expression, including: (a) <from expression="..." /> in Section 9.3 and Section 16 (b) "tFrom" schema type in the XML Schema in Appendix D. Should we fix it by using editor group judgement? Or, we should open up a new issue. I discovered this issue, when I was working on Issue 103. Thanks! Reards, Alex Yiu
