I have applied the resolution of Issue 94, 75, 37 and 114 to both:
- the spec Word document (Rev 1.35) and
- the XSD file (wsbpel_main.xsd) (Rev 1.4)

Please take a look, when you have time.
I can pass the pen to the next editor.
