I think I advocated for accepting all changes in a previous meeting (one of the f2f's if I recall correctly) and there were concerns with it - can't remember quite what they were but it might be something we bring up with the TC before doing.  Maybe after we review/approve the version at hte f2f?

If we archive the copy with the changes tracked as a specific milestone
then we can create a new copy, right?  We can even create a separate new
clean copy sequence numbers log in the spec if we need to.

What I have seen usually done with other such efforts is, the TC members

are given a version with all accepted changes (a clean copy if you
would) and one with all changes highlighted. I propose that with the
next pass we consider doing that.
