I applied 12.1, 130 and 186; I also checked the typos Ugo reported but they
had apparently been corrected already. The updated copy (version 1.060, I
made 2 separate updates while testing the ssh based commit) is now commited
to sf.

Paco and Diane have kindly agreed to put together a set of instructions for
Sourceforge access.

Paco has taken the pen and is going to incorporate 12.1, 130 and 186 by the
weekend.

Prasad will then upload the spec to the OASIS site.

I am hoping that Yaron will agree to incorporate 136.
