Thanks Peter.  Alex, I believe you have the pen to finish 111.1 as well as 102 and 103.

Editors,

I've just updated the "Resolved issues awaiting editing" table - I've
left 111.1 as awaiting, since the schema isn't done yet, but marked 93
as done.
