I think the e-mail I sent about these changes was
reply to sender
instead of reply to mailing list:
I just added the text per issue 160 to section 9.1, which is the one
that has the most to say about validation (it deals with variable and
the validate activity).
As for the issue with section 14.6. Since we've resolved to allow
multiple invocation of the compensation handler, and simply treat them
as a no-op (13.3.3), then we don't need to indicate any specific
behavior for executable processes. Section 14 covers how executable
processes differ from non-executables, so the solution is to remove
14.6. I also removed the fault from appendix A.
I ran out of time and didn't get the time to check on issue 204/section
13.5 (event handlers). If anyone needs the pen, they can take it now.
For issue 204, I want to first figure out the text and send for review
before editing it in.
