Subject: fixing links in the spec

Hi,
The links in the notation section that point to RFC 2119 and RFC 2396 need to be updated - they are intended to point to the reference section of the doc, where the real document links are but the ones in the current doc point to the references section of the first spec the TC created ( http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/download.php/2470/wsbpel-specification-draft-01.html ).

Maybe the next person with the pen could fix this?
Thanks.

 2. Notational Conventions

The keywords "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in [RFC 2119].

Namespace URIs of the general form "some-URI" represent some application-dependent or context-dependent URI as defined in [RFC 2396].

This specification uses an informal syntax to describe the XML grammar of the XML fragments that follow:

·         The syntax appears as an XML instance, but the values indicate the data types instead of values.

·         Grammar in bold has not been introduced earlier in the document, or is of particular interest in an example.

·         <-- description --> is a placeholder for elements from some "other" namespace (like ##other in XSD).
