I can't connect to the cvs.sourceforge.net on port 22.
Is it down?
(I am able to ping the host!)

discussed/decided:
- restructured spec is ready for TC review.
Vinky will upload both a marked up version (delta from Committee Draft
approved Jan 18) and a clean one. There is no xsd update. When I
see the notification, I will send an email to the TC letting them know we have
a new committee draft candidate.
- we will not start work on the other resolved
issues until the restructure review has progressed. We'll ask for any
major comments by next week and determine then if we can start to work in
parallel with the review process.
- we will use the action item list on the main
tc web site for tracking editorial fixes. I entered a sample one and
Alexandre will open two new ones for the points he and Alex have been
discussing on target/source and exit. New action items will follow the
convention of using "editing team -" as the first words in the description.
- we will use the end of the weekly tc meeting
to discuss editing work from here out, unless that meeting starts taking the
full 2 hours. If so, we will go back to the Tues meetings.
