Thanks Alexandre. I have just uploaded the newer versions.

One thing I noticed is that in the revision history table, there are no entries for Revisions 119 and 120. Also there is no owner identified for revisions 118 and 121.  Who ever gets the pen next, could you  please add these entries?

Would you be so kind to upload this new version of the document?

For some reason when I last saved the document, 'Swedish' characters
were included. I think it was because I had 'auto detection of language'
option enabled, and Word seemed to think that our XML examples were in
Swedish...

I did a overall sanity check in this new version.
