Monica raised a concern regarding Harvey’s use of the word “spec”
and will suggest possible alternatives via the mailing list.

If the suggestion to call use case effort, Use Case Guideline, I would suggest we consider:

Was: Spec Editing Team (business or technical)
Suggestion: Use Case Editing or Review Team for the Use Case Guideline(s)

Note: It may be confusing to see call team, Guideline Editing Team.
Are they editing the guideline or the instances of implementing the
guideline (latter, actually).
