Please Send New Issues Directly to Peter

As a general note, it is best to send new issues directly to Peter Furniss.

He usually responds within less than 24 hours and is able to post the 
new issue with an issue number. Responses to that issue and its issue 
number can then be tracked by Peter's scripts.

Sending new issues directly to the list instead of exclusively to Peter 
causes people to respond to the request for a new issue mail which is 
not captured by Peter's scripts and thus either forces Peter to do 
manual work to include the responses or means that the responses will 
not be included in the archive.

So please, as a courtesy to Peter and to the entire group, send issues 
directly to Peter.
