Subject: Proposed agenda for Mar. 31-Apr.1 f2f

This is the proposed agenda for the face to face meeting based on the discussions at the last TC call.  Because there are a fairly large number of issues suggested, we're proposing to start the meeting with the issue discussion and let it run through the first day, start the second day with subgroup reports and new business then cycle back to the remaining issue discussion.  The bof on ip terms can be held either from 4:30-5:30 on the first day or at 1pm on the second day.
For those participating by phone, we will take a checkpoint every 2 hours to review agenda progress and  summarize discussion.  If you are participating by phone, please try to be available at these checkpoints.

Let us know if you have comments - we'll plan to send a "final" version by end of day (eastern) on Fri.
