Hi,

I prefer WS-BPEL or WSBPEL over BPEL4WS.
Because, WSBPEL is the charter id for this TC.
And, I believe we need to use the charter id in names of our external 
visible deliverable files.
(e.g. spec and XSD file)  (based on an OASIS doc that Diane forwarded to 
me earlier).
