Alex,

    Overall, the proposal looks good. The proposal introduces the 
flexibility that is needed to address several real-world scenarios we 
have that involve use of correlation / conversation management.

    I'd just like to pick one nit: the use of the term "rendezvous". I 
have discovered in internal discussions that this creates more confusion 
than clarity, since rendezvous has specific technical meanings, as well 
as social ones.

    Perhaps initiate="if-needed" or "if-necessary" would be clearer?
