New ballots opened

As promised in last week's call, I've
opened three new ballots - resolutions for issues 87.1, 168 and attendance
at the Dec f2f.  You may vote at:http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/ballots.php

The ballots for resolutions for 87.1
and 168 are "normative" - please be sure to vote.  They
will both close Wed. Nov 24 at 5pm eastern - as discussed this will give
folks who wish a chance to discuss on the next call before voting or to
change their vote after the meeting.   You may notice that the ballot
for 87.1 was opened last week - there is a bug of some sort and the automatic
email didn't go to the TC.  I was warned but nonetheless failed to
note its absence until today.  Since there are still 8 days to vote,
I don't think this will effect the results.  Let me know if you have
a concern.
