Submitter: Ivana Trickovic and Alex Yiu
Description: Introduce
a high-level mechanism for premature completion of the <flow> activity.
The mechanism should include the definition of conditions used to specify when
the desired goal has been completed, which causes premature completion of the
<flow> activity and termination of all "unnecessary" parallel activities.
Note: The mechanisms propsed in sub-issues 6.1 and 6.2 can coexist together
and do not preclude each other.
