Issue 82.1 - Syntax and Schema Validation Design for Abstract and 
Executable BPEL

This issue is created to track down the detailed design of Syntax and 
Schema Validation issue for both Abstract and Executable BPEL source 
code. We will draft out details of targetNamespaces and Schema-types 
defined by XML Schema Files used in the validation of BPEL Source Codes 
and relationship among those entities.

This resolution details are related to Issue 82 and Issue 24, of which 
the latter has a passed resolution a year ago.
