    - Started at 8:10 AM PT (slight delay while I prepped for roll call)

        - We had quorum for this call.

    - No subgroup reports

    - Issues 182 and 185 were voted on and approved (closed)

    - 157 was time-boxed.  Charleton and others will work on a proposal and post it to the list. 

    - 180: Yaron will post a proposal to the list, possibly to close it with no changes to the spec

    - 190: Dieter asked that we table this - the proposal will be amended before our next call.

    - 199: This was tabled.  Yuzo was unavailable.  Alex suggested everyone review the PDFs in his proposal so we can vote on it next week.
