Subject: Re: [wsbpel] Issue - 224 - While Activity
Hi DK, Ahhhh .... I think we have traced down the problem now. There are multiple occurrences of <while> description. Section 6.2 -------------------------------- The <while> construct allows you to indicate that an activity is to be repeated until a certain success criteria has been met. -------------------------------- Section 12.3 While -------------------------------- The while activity supports repeated performance of a specified iterative activity. The iterative activity is performed as long as the given Boolean while condition holds true at the beginning of each iteration. -------------------------------- Section 12.3 was changed based on Issue 45. But, it was not applied to Section 6.2. [ And, I was not the editor for Issue 45 ... ;-) ... ] Regards, Alex Yiu Dieter Koenig1 wrote: >No doubt, this is a duplicate of 45, so let's get rid of 224. > >However, the following is a cut & paste out of the July 13 spec (section >6.2): >"The <while> construct allows you to indicate that an activity is to be >repeated until a certain success criteria has been met." > >I wonder if an update got lost here. > >Kind Regards >DK > > > > > Alex Yiu > <alex.yiu@oracle. > com> To > Danny van der Rijn > 15.08.2005 21:27 <dannyv@tibco.com> > cc > wsbpel@lists.oasis-open.org, Alex > Yiu <alex.yiu@oracle.com> > Subject > Re: [wsbpel] Issue - 224 - While > Activity > > > > > > > > > > > >The changes for Issue 45 is already applied (around April 2004) >Any recent drafts of spec would reflect that change. > > >Regards, >Alex Yiu > > >Danny van der Rijn wrote: > duplicate of issue 45 > > ws-bpel issues list editor wrote: > > > This issue has been added to the wsbpel issue list with a > status of "received".
