The meeting was apparently not held, since we didn't have our chair(s) available to host (the system not placing anyone into conference until the leader arrives). The only activity was the wait soundtrack being endlessly looped. :-)

I was confused as well ...

Did some of us actually attend the meeting?

If we did have the meeting, did we have quorum? or pass any resolution? 
(I guess and hope not)
