Review
chapter 9 of the spec, located at:

We
will step through chapter 9 by line numbers requesting comments or suggestions.
We will not take time to read all the text. Please review the
chapter before the call and be ready to identify any concerns. Danny will
do the editing during the call. Charlton will provide instructions for
using Adobe Breeze before the meeting so we can view the document as Danny
makes updates. We will make decisions regarding any changes by vote - if
problems are identified that we cannot resolve real time, we will open an issue
or action item. This is similar to the process used at the F2F.
I
will ask for a volunteer to be the issue/action item scribe for the call.
If
possible, we will try to complete chapter 9 on Friday and use the call on
Monday April 10 to review chapter 10.
These
calls are official TC calls and will count toward attendance requirements. If
you are unable to attend, you may want to request a leave of absence.
We
did not schedule calls for Friday April 14 or Monday April 17 in deference to
the Passover/Easter holidays. There was some hope that we would be able
to complete the walkthrough by the 12th. This doesn't appear likely at
this point. Please start thinking about ideas for completing the walk
through in the April 18-28 timeframe so we can be ready for the May 1-5 f2f.
