Subject
speaker on WS-BPEL for academic IT workflow workshop?

I'm a member of the program committee for an upcoming workshop:

  http://www.educause.edu/CAMP063

Advanced CAMP: Workflow Models and Technologies
  June 28-30, 2006
  Wyndham Burlington, Burlington, VT

(I'm also a long-time OASIS participant, primarily in the SAML TC).

The CAMP conferences are a regular series of meetings co-sponsored by
EDUCAUSE, Internet2, and other organizations bringing together IT
architects and planners from Higher Education and partners, focussed on
middleware and identity management.  The Advanced CAMP workshops are
annual events devoted to leading-edge topics for a senior technical
participants, intended to spark new projects and collaborations.

This year the topic is workflow in all its forms.  We are particularly
interested in making connections between traditional admin/business
workflow and new uses of workflow in e-science and e-learning.  Since our
general focus is identity-management infrastructure, we're also interested
in how workflow can support and be supported by security technologies such
as WS-Sec, PKI, SAML, and document signatures.

We are interested in a speaker who can provide an introduction to the
WS-BPEL standard and its ecosystem, including (as appropriate) key
implementations, related or competing standards, future developments, etc.
Of course we'd be especially pleased if the speaker participated in the
rest of the conference.  The conference organizers cover meeting
registration cost (and potentially other costs depending on requirements).

I'm happy to answer further questions.

Thanks,

 - RL "Bob"
