Action Item 37 has already been closed, maybe not explicitly.
Anyway, it is no longer applicable in the current version:
At the time, the section 4 it refers to (from March) was titled "Core
Concepts and Usage Patterns".
In the current draft, there is no such section anymore. The new section
4 is titled 'static analysis' and is not the one the action item (dated
in March) is about !!

that we need to address
before we declare the static analysis table complete. Please let
me know if you can pitch in to make progress on completing these.
