Minutes for Oct. 25 meeting

It turns out we forgot to ask for a
volunteer to take minutes last week.  Here are my notes from the call
which will have serve as minutes unless someone else wants to volunteer
to share their notes.  Feel free to provide additional input:

Oct 25 BPEL TC meeting, 11am -12pm Eastern

Meeting reached quorum with 16 of 22
voting members attending.   
Minutes from Oct 18 approved
Spec status:  spec has been updated
with outstanding issue resolutions by Dieter.  He will do the updates
for any decisions made in this meeting and post the spec to the TC web
site and CVS.  
Schedule for F2F:  Decision made
to start the meeting at 9am pacific on Nov. 14.  Same start time for
Nov 15 and 16 with closing time at 1pm pacific on Nov. 16.
Issues:
R8: proposal from Oct 20 passed.
