Attendance at Nov. 14-16 f2f

I've just started a ballot on who will
attend the upcoming f2f.  Please take time to indicate if you are
planning to attend so we can make appropriate arrangements:

The purpose of the meeting is to finalize
disposition of all public review comments/issues, approve a new committee
draft and the start of a second public review period.   If you are
