Hi Mary,
The TC just approved an updated committee draft for second public review.  We posted the final committee draft to http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/document.php?document_id=21219

We have a couple questions about the changes that are needed for the public review package - eg, should the title be Public Review Draft or Second Public Review Draft?  Also, what is the document identifier and should it be updated?  
Once we have these answers we'll get the whole package with the xhtml, rddl, etc to you.
