[Refactoring] Grid Service vs. Web Service

Hello,

First, I am trying a test of using the comments list.

Second, Steve Tuecke concluded that a Grid Service is a Web Service, yet 
I think we can agree that not every Web Service is a Grid Service.

And while some of the discussion at the face to face was about specific 
extensions to OGSI that may be needed, the basic issue is still unclear 
to me.

Would committing to use OGSI require that every Management Web Service 
be a Grid Service?  It seems so.

OTOH, would this cause any problems?  After all, GWSDL can be flattened 
into WSDL 1.1 for those environments limited to 1.1.
