My comments on "Management Using Web Services" definition:

I don't recall anything in the requirements that cover the last two points.
The middle point seems to belong to the "Mangement of Web Services" and the
last one is an elephant in itself. I beleive the interfaces for each type of
existing managed resource using Web Services would spawn its own
specification.
