ISSUE 9: UML models: need to reconcile WS-Manageability and WSMF expressed similarily, + input from [Omod] participants

Identification is done.

 

Revisited Identification on William's request.

 

Had a very long non-converging conversation (1.5 hours). Tahnks to JohnDC some of it was captured (see attached e-mail).

 

Tabled the discussion until some resolution at the F2F. The questions for the F2F are the following:

 

1. "Does WSDL <endpoint name="abc> element describe a manageable resource called manageable endpoint [variant A] or is the manageable endpoint resource described by a set of <endpoint> elements with different names, but same address and same binding [variant B]."

 

Igor&Fred were in favour of variant A and William is insisting on variant B. (John, Bryan, send your preferences as I do not remember).

 

2. "Must the MUWS generic resource ID be == to the endpoint-specific identifier URI [variant A] or could they possibly be different [variant B]?"

 

Igor&Fred were in favour of variant B and William is insisting on variant A. (John, Bryan, send your preferences as I do not remember).
