Hi Team:

The following was done to the specification doc based on our F2F feedback:

Filled in the contributor appendix. Please send me a note if I have missed anyone.
Because this specification doc is for Web Service platform, removed the Identification of manageable resource from this specification.
Removed Correlatable Names for the same reason above.
Removed Relationship because it is moved to Management Building Blocks Group.
Increased Security priority label to high but focus on securing management not management of security. Need status update on follow-up tasks for Security (champion: John DeCarlo).
Updated the "How" for Registration and Discovery based on December F2F note.
Reduced Policy priority label to low.
Removed Collection since it is moved to Management Building Blocks Group.
Reduced Transaction priority label to low and moved it to Future Focus section.
Removed State Model (a.k.a. Resource Life Cycle) since it is moved to Management Building Blocks Group.

We still have the following open items:

Need status update on follow-up tasks for Versioning (champion: Brian Carroll).
Need status update on follow-up tasks for Attributes (champion: Heather Kreger).
Need status update on follow-up tasks for Addressing (champion: Bryan Murray).
Need status update on follow-up tasks for Notification (champion: Igor Sedukhin).
Need status update on follow-up tasks for Name Resolution (champion: Heather Kreger).
Need status update on Glossary team. Is it ready for integration?
