I agree.  I see WSDM focusing on and needing the concepts in WSRF, and
am not sure where all the boundaries are between the groups.

I suppose we should have an official liaison identified.

There is already a lot of membership overlap, but an official liaison 
would be responsible for the official communication of key items back 
and forth.
