I could see that. The only problem is that we lose a level of indirection which could come in handy if we found that wsa:endpointReference doesn't cover all our needs. But I don't see that likely so I am ok with the simplification.

Instead of [<mows-xs:EndpointReference>wsa:EndpointReferenceType</mows-ws:EndpointReference>] we could use [<wsa:EndpointReference>...</wsa:EndpointReference>]. I.e. the EPR element as a property directly. It is available in the WSA schema and can be easily used. This simplifies tooling.
