Subject: Re: [wsdm] Interop call 03/30/04
While I understand the pragmatic of 'EPRs are not needed for the interactions' I am concerned as WS-Addressing is clearly a pre-req of WS-RF and WS-Notification. We need to be exceptionally clear that the assertion of not using EPRs is a temporal issue wrt implementation availability in some hosting environments. It should not be a suggestion that MUWS and MOWS will not require the use of EPRs. Decided to add the following assertions to the document: - no WSDM specific operations have to be implemented e.g. Start, Stop, ResetAll - EPRs are not needed for the interactions - HTTPS/WS-Security must not be required - All MUWS metrics attributes must be required - 2s no reply and the manager can abandon the interaction - time format has to be fixed in SOAP messages to conform to xsd:dateTime - SOAP faults are all equal, no differentiation required -- Igor Sedukhin ..
