1. There is a notification message format which includes all that one would need to have meaningful notification. That is, in case of MOWS which is very specific. MUWS is not like that. 

2. I do agree that we need a way to select what information out of the specific notification message will be delivered. This could be doen by WSDM or by the WSN TC. This is an issue against the MOWS Request Processing state capability anyways. I suggest we discuss this in-depth at the F2F next week.

Isn't this info appropriate for the model/format of the notification?
Something that CIM and/or CBE already covers. I continue to caution about going down the slippery slope of the model or overloading what MUST be sent in every notification.  CIM allows a client to choose the data that they want.  "From" addressing seems one of these things.
