ok, so suppose the implementation of the WSDM knows a JNDI address of
an EJB which it is managing. How does it represent a JNDI address in the
contents of the componentAddress? Assuming dodn't invent anything on the
fly.

I disagree
with the assertion. We are talking about software that is accessible as a web
service, that is, it offers itself as a web service with a WSDM manageability
interface right? If so, then I assert that the web service will know, if not
normally it should be required as a ManageableResource, its
address.

Igor, I do not understand your statement: IMO, component address itself should be an
optional element. Even if a component is addressable the event reported
may not know ir be able to represent such address in XML.
