Adding
multiples like this right now makes me uncomfortable.
Shoulding boxcaring be something provided for us by the
WS platform? or at least notifcation.
I'd rather see us stick to a common, 'principle of least astonishment'
approach with one situation per notification.
Maybe we can pick this up for 2.0?
I would think that WS-RF would have the same
issue with setting multiple values and property change events.

This is certainly true for all request processing notifications.
The situation is ALWAYS ReportSituation here. This will be reflected in
message patterns as well.

This is implying that the situation is the same for all
occurrences of RequestProcessingNotification in the message. I don't
think this is true. What about situationTime? Are the priority and
severity the same? Is the msg the same? Is the successDispostion the
same? Is the situationCategory th same? It might be better to put multiple
ManagementEvents in a single Notifiy. Bryan

I want to allow the
subj in the following manner.
<muws-xs:ManagementEvent ReportTime="A">
... <mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification Time="B"> ...
<mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification> <mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification Time="C"> ...
<mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification> <mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification Time="D"> ...
<mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification> <mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification Time="E"> ...
<mows-xs:RequestProcessingNotification> </muws-xs:ManagementEvent>
How does this sound? The only change will be that
count()=1 or not in XPath.
